Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is President of Cedar and a member of its Board of Directors.  Cedar is the leading provider of patient financial solutions that drive immediate increases in cash income while improving patient engagement.  Cedar manages over 30 million patient interactions annually across more than 55 clients.  

Previously, Seth was CEO and Co-Founder of OODA Health, a healthcare technology company that was acquired by Cedar in June 2021.  Prior to OODA, Seth was one of the earliest employees at Castlight Health and served on the leadership team.  Seth was a member of Castlight’s Board of Directors until May 2022, when Castlight was acquired by CD&R and merged with Vera Whole Health.

Before Castlight, Seth was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.  Seth earned an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.  Seth completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University as a Phi Beta Kappa.  Seth loves spending time outdoors and performing impromptu musicals with his three young children.
